- Q: How long is the warranty on my lights?
A: Our lights have a one (1) year warranty for failure of LED Halos/ LEDs and also for moisture buildup inside the housing. If this happens please send us an email. We will get back to you as soon as possible. See contact us page.
Q: Where do I find my paint code ?
A: Most paint codes are found on a sticker in the glove box or driver side door jam.
Q: How long does it take to have my lights built?
A: Most builds take around 3 to 5 weeks to be built depending on what all is added to your lights. You will receive a email when they ship with tracking number.
Q: If I buy a product and decide I don't like it can I return the product?
A: No, these products are custom built specifically for you and we do not offer a refund.
Q: If my lights get moisture inside them can I warranty them?
A: Yes you can warranty our product due to moisture buildup. However, customer must pay shipping to and from our shop.
Q: If some of the LEDs go bad in my light can I warranty them?
A: Yes you can warranty our product for LED failure. However, customer must pay shipping to and from our shop. We will test the product before shipping back to you.
Q: If I want something custom fabricated but do not see it on the website what can I do?
A: Send us an email of what you are looking for and we will do our best to take care of you.
